The cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect you and other
people. The ceremony will be conducted on a basis of tour factory visit or some
other distant trips. During this event people will be offered with a nice
ceremonial cacao drink. A ceremonial cacao dose is about 1 – 2 spoon of cacao,
mixed with water into a drink. Traditionally cacao was served with chilly and
honey, but we have sometimes combined with other herbs or super foods to assist

Preparation of ceremonial
cacao:
The first step is to add water with enough chilly and cayenne
pepper and mix well. The pepper should be powdered well or else it will add too
much spice to the drink. Then a pinch of cardamom and salt is added to it.
After adding all ingredients mix well for some time. Then add chocolate bars, the
piece of the bar chocolate must be finely chopped. After that little amount of cardamom
water is added to it. The
final portion of the product must be in thick consistency. So with the help of
egg beater mix all ingredients nicely until a creamy portion form is achieved.
