The purpose of cooking most of the Chinese
food is for its nutrition and medicinal value. The healing power of Chinese
food requires a good knowledge and experience on cooking. Chinese foods do not
use any milk based ingredients like cream, butter or cheese. Instead they use
poly unsaturated oils. Although many Chinese food use meat, it is not used in
excess. This is to avoid fat accumulation in human body. Such Chinese foods
that concentrate more on being fat free diet are called as genuine Chinese
food. Rice, noodles and veggies are some traditional food that prevents fat.
Serving a Chinese food is also considered
very special by many. In general, the dining table of Chinese people has no
knives. This makes it compulsory to cut the food in advance before you serve
them. The most important thing of Chinese flavors includes the right mixture of

soaked noodles are rich in fats and carbohydrates and are unhealthy.
Fried rice gains high levels of
carbohydrates and cholesterol. For a healthy diet, this can be replaced by
brown rice. All Chinese food involves soy sauce and additives that are rich in
sodium content. Intake of excess sodium might cause damage to body parts. So,
it’s better to replace these sauces with steamed vegetables. Not necessarily
they must be steamed; you can also make stir fry of veggies with oil. Fortune
cookies at the end of meal will do well for your health too.

with lot of vegetables, snow peas and that has a low salt content is considered
as a healthy food. The choice of restaurant decides the quality of the food. So, quality of the Chinese food with high
nutritional value will keep you healthy.
